At Power Staffing, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality staffing and resume writing services. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy:

 

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any of our services, including resume writing, career consultations, and staffing solutions. Once a service has been purchased, work begins promptly, making refunds impractical.

 

2. Service Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 3 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve concerns. Up to two free revisions for resume writing services may be provided within a reasonable time frame to ensure your satisfaction.

 

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service before work has begun, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a staffing service has already been initiated, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

 

4. Candidate Replacement Guarantee

For businesses utilizing our staffing services, if a hired candidate leaves the position within 30 days of their start date, we will provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if the candidate is terminated due to company restructuring, layoffs, or policy violations unrelated to their qualifications or performance.

 

5. Exceptions

In rare cases of a billing error or duplicate charges, we will issue a refund upon verification. Refund requests for extenuating circumstances may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
