Say goodbye to cold calling and door-to-door sales! We invest millions in advertising and receive thousands of inbound calls daily at our corporate office. These are potential customers actively requesting an appointment with you to explore their options.​

Our above-ground pools range from $299 to over $10,000, offering a variety of options to fit every budget.

Compensation – How to Earn
Pre-Set Appointments
We provide you with an average of 2-3 warm, credit pre-approved appointments daily—no need to generate your own leads!
Appointment Pay: Earn $25 per completed appointment, no matter the outcome.​
​
Closing Rate
The company-wide average closing rate is 40-50%, giving you a strong chance of success with every appointment.​
Sales Commission: When you make a sale, we split the profit with you 50/50, meaning you’ll average $600-$700 per sale.​
Weekly Earnings Potential: Our sales reps average $2,500-$3,500+ per week!​
Pay Schedule: Commissions are paid on the 5th and 20th of each month.​
Retention Bonus – Earn Even More!
​Earn $100 per pool sold with financing and $150 per pool sold with cash.​ Your total retention bonus is paid out in one lump sum at the end of the season.​
Return next season, and you’ll receive 50% of your entire retention bonus again, paid in three installments (May, June, and July).​

Able to work 6-7 days per week (scheduling exceptions may be available under certain circumstances—ask during your interview!)
No Sales Experience? No Problem!

While experience is preferred, it’s not required. We provide a comprehensive 2.5-day training program designed to set you up for success.
If you can sell pools in 90-100 degree weather, you can make serious money!​
